Hatch provides a casual atmosphere offering fresh and unique sandwiches, sides, entrees, and desserts.

Many of our ingredients, where possible, are sourced from local farmers and ranchers. For beverages, we have a wide selection of boutique sodas, microbrews, and wine by the glass or bottle.

We opened our doors on February 28th, 2012, and are in our original location. In January 2023, we opened our new dining room and expanded our kitchen into what was the old dining area.
